Front idler assembly / mule drive 60" mower

I have learned though previous posts that the 60" mower requires a different, spring loaded, front idler assembly than other mower decks. I have tried to use the pulleys for my 42" deck but keep burning out belts. Wondering if anyone here has found a way to overcome the issue. Anyone know if someone has plans or diagrams to fabricate one?
