KC9KAS 4,744 #1 Posted June 16, 2012 Just bought some Regal Red rattle cans at K-Mart. It was on sale for $4.97 a can, but if you buy 2 you get 1 free. Had to give the clerk my birthday to buy paint! I guess the kids buy this stuff to "huff" or what-ever morons do for a "high". Someone needs to start a web site for us old geezers and list the illegal things that kids do with things that we use for it's intended purpose.....OMG! Ok, I'll step down off my "Soap-Box". I buy my paint from LOWES in which I also use the REGAL RED. I believe I pay like $3.96 per can. :confusion-shrug:

I would love to have the ability and equipment to spray my tractors and implements. I know you have to thin the paint to spray it, but do you also add hardener? You probably get a better, more durable paint job if you do.
can whlvr 994 #7 Posted June 18, 2012 just asked that exact question on another thread, hpoe someone replies, the gun is a great idea as long as you dont drop it,it works with any compressor as it only needs 40psi any more and your just wasting paint in the air,but its simple,a little adjustable, cleans up so easy,i can leave normal paint in it for weeks without taking it apart as long as you keep the vent closed and the tip wet, then when u claen it just take the jar off, seal it and put another jar on with the cleaner, water or thinners and spray for a while, wipe the outside and done, and when it gets worn the parts are available for rebuild
