Moving the house

Well we are sick and tired of getting harassed by our park manager about my Wheel Horse parts sitting around the house as I'm working on my projects. So we are moving our house across the town to another park. Can't beat the deal either, they are moving the house for free, lot rent is $99 for the first year, goes up $25 a year for 3 years. Oh and they are giving us a $500 gift card for moving expenses. All tihs makes me wonder how they are making money, but their park is way fuller then the one we are moving from.

Downside to all this is I am going to lose 1 of my 2 sheds and the nice concrete pads that I work on. So I have to rent an additional storage unit for my tractors and can only work on one at a time, oh well we'll see what I can get away with after I have been there for awhile.

The eventual plan after a few years is to save up enough cash that the next house move will be on our own property with a basement so the double wide can finally lose the axles.

Hhahahha. That smoker was the stove for a few days till the gas got turned back on
