Sparky-(Admin) 19,660 #3 Posted June 2, 2012 Unless you find someone who doesn't know what a grader is worth I doubt you'll get one for a "modest" price. Some guys have used a snowblade from other brands such as a Craftsman (which can be bought cheap) and cut it down the make the blade part of a grader. Mike......... can whlvr 991 #5 Posted June 3, 2012 i just built one in the winter, its an old blade from a paper cutter and some fabbing for the harness,i also built a ripper attachment for it and ive been able to use it several times and works 10 times better than i had hoped, heres a pic of it
squonk 39,047 #6 Posted June 3, 2012 Here's the one I did. I made it out of a Simplicity grader. It 's a mid mount or rear back blade on my 704. In mid grader configuration it goes right on my C-160 with no mods!! :)
