Need picture of HH60 Tecumseh governer linkage

Does any body have / or is willing take and send me a nice clear picture of how the governer linkage is connected between the carb. and governer arm on an HH60 tecunseh engine. any help appreciated. Thanks, Terry

Yes it does! :bow-blue: Thanks craig. But carb is a little different, it has a spring between the the throttle plate connection and where the throttle cable hooks-up. working tonight so I will take a picture of mine tommorrow afternoon to show you (and me). Thanks again :)

Craig, Found a minute , Here are some pictures I took. What do you think? would that missing governer link connect in the same hole as the spring on the carb?

you need a rod going from the govenor arm to the little hole on the throttle arm right behind the spring. that is how both of my H60s are setup. they are easy to make out of 1/16" tig welding rod

Thanks guys. Thanks for the pictures Craig! Nice Diagram Walfish, 305 I'll try to find some tig rod adound the shop first but I was wondering, would it be smart to replace the spring? Now I just need to make or find a govenor link piece. looks like parts tree has them.

Terry I would get the spring and the correct one tecumseh because it has a proper lenght and tension which help it work correctly, I have a linkage piece and the springs the springs are 2.50 and the linkage Ill throw in for free I have a couple of good used ones out in the barn....
