Ouch!!! I can say That's the 1st time I have seen that happen to a shifter fork....I have a few of them also.looks like your gonna need a 3/4 input shaft sel a 5/8 brake shaft seal and 2-1" axle seals..Hows the bearings look??? I have all the seals and shifter forks and I do Have some 1" axle needle bearings also..Let us know what all you think your gonna need. As far aa everything else give it a good cleaning and we caqn go from there.

Perhaps I'm mistaken, but I'm pretty sure the brake shaft is the same seal as the axle seals. (Might want to check b-4 ordering.) Good luck and welcome to RS.

Yes. it depends on where your brake hub is mounted, I couldn't tell from your pics, If the brakes hud is mounted close to the axle tube then you will need another 1" seal..My Mistake I should have stated that before.. But in any case I do have them also..

it is on the left side in front of the axle. you can se it on the pics. on the pics with the diff to the right and the gears to the left it is on the outside off the gears.

Look's like the Tranny could be a 4 speed Unidrive with Brake Shaft in similar position as an 8 speed. I think it could be a 3/4"dia (19mm) Seal/needle Bearing on the Brake Shaft? :confusion-shrug: . Vernier Calipers anyone !. Good of you to offer your services Mike :handgestures-thumbup:.

i think you are wise to replace all the bearings, maybe the big set ,the 1533 bearing might be salvageable, but do the rest while you are in there
