You are correct (see below). It is a tad bit pricey but I think their target buyer is the military. I found this quote from 2010 with shipping to NYC.

Saw these on the net last year some time. Looked into them, but they were way too pricey.

I was kinda curious as to the longevity. Would the concrete crack and start leaking in three of four years?

Been pondering if it might be possible to somehow impregnate canvas with concrete myself.
