Swapping C-105 for Raider 10

Hi, are the transmissions for a C-105 and a Raider 10 compatible?

I am not that familiar with raiders but the trannys will not be a direct swap. The brake drum on the raider is almost touching the axle the brake drum on the C105 will be further ahead of the axle. You can make the swap ( I put a later model 8 speed in a 753) but you will have to do some twiddling with the brake linkages. the bolt pattern to hook it to the tractor frame will match.

Yes it will work..Like pfrederi said all you will have to do is the brake linkage. If you got the linkage with the Raider trans then your all set..the 105 linkage rod goes in front of the brake hub and the raider will go over the top. also if you need to use the 105 brake band all you have to go is swap it around so the rod from the clutch bracet goes over the top of the brake drum..If my memory is right I think the raider brake rod has a bend in it..
