Rooster 191 #1 Posted April 22, 2012 Well i took the B100 apart today to find the hydro Problem. Big Thanks To Micheal Biser for pointing me in the right direction, as well as many other members who helped me out! this is what I found... The little plastic thingy where that ball thingy that hooks on the linkage to the MCL was broken out one side, SO when you fully engage it forward the ball link would pop out of it. And here is my temp fix for it... Eventually I bent the tab over the top.. Works like a charm! Now I just gotta finger out what the plastic thingy is called, and where to get a new one! Rollerman 290 #2 Posted April 22, 2012 It's part #5996 cam or "cam plate", I would say part #599S eccentric cam follower is probably worn too. The cam plates are not to bad pricewise, but the little eccentric cam follower is pricey. Change both parts & you will have that new hydro feel again. https://lookup3.toro.com/partdex/index.cfm?adv=yes&xCaller=Toro&lang=us_en
SousaKerry 500 #3 Posted April 22, 2012 Last time i looked the eccentric cam was NLA. I made a jig and made my own. I was thinking of making these and selling them but i wasn't sure how much of a market there would be for them.
