Spacers for mower blades

Took my blades on for a real sharpening and when reinstalling I noticed the washers were different for each blade and 1 blade is significantly lower than the others. Is it ok to place a washer under the other 2 to level them out? I think I would only need 1 or 2 washers each blade.

Deck is square and level across the top and I don't notice any play on the lowest blade so this is the best I could figure

ive had to shim blades before,i wasnt getting an even cut,i think that deck was saging a bit in the middle,i think you can try it,of coarse you can put it back if it doesnt work out
