Radishes, onions, lettuce, and mustard are up. Just got done planting cabbage, couliflower, and broccolli. Still a little cool for the other stuff.

OMG!

Craig; and I just read in today's newspaper that ND is a very very sunny state, much more so than any other 'Northern' State.

Must be a factor in the size of those.

GIANT SWEET CARROTS, Hmmm, OK I'll tell you my secret..

12" Deep trench, 6" wide, fill with compost and sand mix, plant seed on top, cover with a little compost,

side dress with 10-10-10 fertilizer, water well the first time gently, then just keep damp there after..

Thats It, wrap them in foil, with some (REAL) butter, salt and pepper, throw on the grill right next to the slightly browned asparagus, and the roasted green bell peppers. and NUMMY..
