6wheeler 669 #1 Posted February 28, 2012 Well, here we go again. We've been hearing about this big winter storm coming, for about 5 days now. I have been hoping for some snow to finally play in. This morning about 10:30 we were getting giant flakes and it was starting to accumulate . Then about 3:00 pm it starts to rain. I say, What the he77 is going on here . I just listened to the forecast and now we are going to get up to an inch of RAIN . Thunderstorms are very possible. By the time it ends tomorrow night, we may have 1 inch of wet snow. 100 miles north of us may get 20" of snow and no rain. I may have to load up my stuff and head north. Just so I can say I plowed snow this year :text-bump:

The nights have been colder but I can't believe how warm it is up here. There is open water on the Great Slave River in some parts! When the snow falls at home I have rush out and blow it before it melts!
