Can't access the full version

For some reason I can't go back to the full version on my iPhone ??? It's like it's stuck on the App version ?? Before I could scroll down to the bottom of my app and get to the full version but now it won't ??

have you tried rebooting the phone? (the old stand by for all device issues)
