rdd52 0 #1 Posted December 3, 2011 is there a way i can check the generator on a 701 while it is running to see if it is working.i don't know if the gauge is working or not.i don't want to take it off if i don't have to i just got it back after a year from getting the motor rebuilt. MikesRJ 552 #2 Posted December 5, 2011 On the Regulator, check between the GEN (Generator) contact and ground. You should see approximately 22 volts AC.
