How do you post a picture linked to a Video?

I have seen several pictures with an arrow link to a video on like UTUBE? How do you do that?

When posting there is a new BBcode that I created called youtube. You put the youtube link code between the youtube bracket BBcode thingie and it should imbed it into your post.

Karl, I did that in the Tractor Section on my 520-H rebuild and in my Led light post with the Led Comparison video, and no workey. I clicked the you tube button you have and it does this

Then I went top of the youtube page copied and pasted link in between

them and I dont see the picture of the Vid from You tube in my post! What me doin

wrong?
