854 axle seal part #

Hey guys pulled my hubs & got my seals out but they are just a metal ring with an o-ring behind it. I didnt see any numbers anywhere. Does anybody know a napa part # for an 854 axle seal?

Also on one side be between the hub and transmission on the axle there was a large brass washer with a horse head on it, was that supposed to be there?

The Toro number is 1232, and NAPA lists it as NOS 9815.

Don't know anything about the washer though.
