how to turn off email notification

since back here on this great new site,thank you carl,and every one else that goes above and beyond,anyway i get notified on my email now about new posts or replies on posts,could someone tell me how to turn off please,i looked in control panel but didnt see it,i probally missed it,thanks don

Go to user control panel, then to board preferences, then to posting defaults to turn things on/off from there...
