Electric woes

Recommended Posts

Crash

Well, I sold my other lawnmower last week, so naturally this week the 416 wont start.

The 30amp fuse was completely melted, so much that I think I will need to replace the fuse block.

So I have to track down the short and replace the block. How do the wires come out of the bottom of the block? Is the block something I can pick up at Napa, or do I need to go to a Toro dealer?

At least it happened while I'm on vacation so I have some time to fix it.

Hi Crash, you can buy the plastic part of the fuse block from the dealer, but it does not include the terminals. I sell the complete kit on my website. It looks like this:

and can be purchased HERE for $10.00
