IMPORTANT --> Having trouble signing in?

If you haven't signed into the New RedSquare, you will need to get a new password. As many of you know the previous forum is essentially gone. I was not able to capture passwords or e-mail and and not because it was "poor planning" on my part. There was actually NO planning, we got lucky that I grabbed what I did. Anyway, for your password:

f your username begins with a-i contact Sparky for your password.

If your username begins with j-s contact Rollerman for your password

If your username begins with t-z contact CasualObserver for your password

If your username begins with a number contact NYLyon for your password.

Thank you,

Karl

Karl,

Should there be e-mail contacts here, or is there another way to reach these folks? I don't think they can contact them through the forum without being logged in, so seems like a catch-22?

Just wondering,

CB

(Hope you haven't pulled all your hair out yet due to the changeover!)

You make a good point CB. To alleviate some of Karl's headaches with this... I have been given additional permissions on user passwords. Your primary contact should be as listed above. You can send a PM or email through RS Jr, or through the RS Facebook page.

If you don't have any other choice, pleaes feel free to contact me here ---> link.gif CasualObserver@WheelHorseForum.com

Keep in mind that this is not my full time job, just a hobby. I also have a family that requires a good deal of my time and attention, as well as continuing education. I will do my best to reply to you within 24 hours. (most likely sooner, but let's be reasonable.)

:dunno:

I think I found something else that is either different on this site or is not set up yet. We used to be able to left click on a user id in a thread (a member's post) and it would take you to that member's profile so you could send a PM to that person. Can't seem to do that now. No biggie, just something I noticed.

Thanks Karl.

(FYI....members arriving at this thread looking to get your password back, be aware that you won't be able to see the profile info Karl & Steve are referring to since you are not logged in yet. You'll need to send the password request info as described above first.)

I could not get in no matter what I did. I tried red square jr and everytime I tried to log in it would not accept me. I joined under this id. I tried to email sparkey for my password and was timed out every time. I tried several times to get on here and could not so ....I know...not suppose to but \i came in easily by registering with a new user name, same email and same password! Love this site and enjoy being on it daily. This is a MY BAD...but I did not have a choice.

You can certainly do that, but your old account is now orphaned and the posts you had made no longer attributable to you. We have no way to merge accounts. And you did have a choice. When you went to register in BIG RED letters was my e-mail address along with the message not to reregister if you had an existing account. I added that as a stop gap for just this type of event.

There is nothing wrong with the dadstractor1 account, it has been reset a number of times and I have logged in successfully as well. Please be more specific with the issue you're having as I see nothing wrong with the account.
