Billy Duck

I'm Billy, I've been returning old tractors to their former glory for a couple of years now. New to this site and as of yet to own a Wheel Horse, but all is possible. I'm mainly interested in walk behinds, but wouldn't turn down a shot at a ride-on tractor. I presently have 2 Midland walk behinds (both are original) '49's, 1 '47 Jari mower, 1 '50 Huffy Parklane 18. Presently doin' a rebuild on a David Bradley '46. Always looking for new projects.

Well you surely stumbled across the right place for anything :banghead:

Pull up a chair and join in on the fun. There are few of us that have the Wheel Horse walk behind tractors. And I am sure someone might part with one of theirs some day or lead you to what you are looking for.

:thumbs2: Plenty of good information here. Pond walk-behinds are hard to find in the north, let alone in your neck of the woods. I can think of one member who might have one or two in your region, and they're not likely to let go of 'em! Keep your eyes peeled, and feel free to post your others in the "Other Brands" forum.

I am one of the members that live below the mason dixon line and I do have a 54' walkaway. I do however live a quite a bit further north than you. If I can be of any assistance let me know. I wouldn't mind seeing some pics of the walkers you own. Here is my walker, I have recently finished the major rehab work on the unit and am in the final stages of finishing my homemade sulky. Glad to have you here.
