Project Bronco 14 Update

Recommended Posts

71_Bronco

Just wanted to fill you guys in with what has been going on with the Bronco. I am still working on take-down, and have been taking lots of pictures still. When I take a part off, I put all the hardware, clips, washers etc into a bag and labeling them. I have quite a pile going so far, but will make re-assembly easier.

Anyways, here is a couple of pics of where I stand right now.

Thanks guys for the encouragement. My plan is to have it all apart by winter, and then prep during the winter, and paint / re-assemble next summer.

At the rate I'm going, I might have it done before winter rolls around.

I still have to do the motor. It runs fine now, but I want to replace the head gasket, clean any carbon build-up, and rebuild the carb (the choke was giving me issues).
