pfrederi 17,192 #2 Posted July 19, 2011 On my D200 with the finish mower there are two chains that fit in the slotted holes on the front of the mower and hook to bolts on the upper parts of the tractor frame, shorten the chain to raise the deck. The operators manuals for the D series includes a section on mounting the 60 inch finish mower, may be of help to you.
C-Series14 15 #3 Posted July 19, 2011 Paul is correct, I think they are called choke chains. I have mine connected to the upper arms and when I lower it, the chains stop it from lowering all the way. Would be nice to have some wheels on the front!
Operator 7 #4 Posted July 20, 2011 Thanks Guys! I did see the chain slots on the deck and figured something like that but didn't know for the other end of chains. Now when I get home again I'll try that.
