tommy3horse 3 #2 Posted July 2, 2011 Hello 4wheels... I believe that is a late '60's 48" deck, fairly common. Tom :woohoo:

Pete Steele 0 #4 Posted May 15, 2013 I have a 1257. It has a deck just like this. My deck is a 42". I need to know the drive belt size and which pully in the center it goes on. Upper or lower... Pete
Pete Steele 0 #5 Posted May 15, 2013 This is Pete again. They only make the 1257 in 1967. My deck does NOT use the Mule drive. This is why I am having trouble finding a drive belt or even the length. Pete

Drive belt Toro 9782 Replaces 6737 {HAx69"} 6869 Gates 1/2"x69" 4L690W Napa 1/2"x69" Spindle belt Toro 6738 {HA/4Lx86"} 6886 Gates 1/2"x86" 4L860W Napa 1/2"x86" The spindle belt goes on the three pulleys that are the same height and match the idler height. The drive belt goes on the highest one. Here is the manual Garry
