Kingwood990 16 #1 Posted June 25, 2011 The first tractor is a 1978 Sears GT/11 varidrive. It needs a lot of work. I will be doing a frame off resto of this one with in the next two years. The next two are my true passion besides my Wheel Horse. From left to right, 1974 MTD 990 and 1977 MTD 990. Both tractors are shaft driven and both have hydraulics from the factory. The 3pt hitch on these machines can lift 500 pounds safely. I believe the rear wheels were used on some Wheel Horses. The next tractor is my main machine.
