Actonhorse 26 #1 Posted May 18, 2011 My son recently picked up a Lawn ranger with an H60 Tecumseh on it. When he got it it would not start, just fire a little and quit. We have adjusted things and now it will fire and idle but as soon as it is throttled up it over revs. I am pretty sure that the governor is not set up correctly and I think the PO has messed with it.
