buckrancher 2,678 #3 Posted May 15, 2011 there is a friction adjustment on the top of the trans by tighting a nut for your motion lever not staying forward
Kelly 1,028 #4 Posted May 15, 2011 I just today working on a C-195 I picked up a while back, the brake pedal would hardly move and if it did I had to pull it back, I had the center console cover off and the pivoit point inside the console was the problem I worked some PB blaster in to it, and all is good, works very smooth now, and I also had to tighten the friction bolt up about a 1/8 of a turn to keep a steady speed. TOPCOP 0 #5 Posted May 17, 2011 :hide: Thank you all, followed all the suggestions, the brake is free and the shifting is like it should be. I mowed the back 40 with it with no trouble. :WRS:
