Pirate 0 #1 Posted May 3, 2011 I have a chance to buy 1 60" grader blade set up for a 3 pt hitch. I'm thinking of changing it to a mid mount blade. I've seen some people set it up with the mount forward, (mower mount) and some hang it from the axle mounts. I'm thinking front mount. Any thoughts on it? can whlvr 991 #2 Posted May 3, 2011 which ever way you mount it it will hit the rear tires if you angle it too much
Operator 7 #3 Posted May 15, 2011 What tractor you putting it on? Maeasure the height of blade then measure under tractor for room, enough? Mounted to rear will "cut" better but will work from front if you have hyd. lift for pressure down.
