Jake Kuhn 1,547 #1 Posted April 11, 2011 Hi guys,Well today I added my signature duallie to the modified 401 (the black one). In the last couple weeks I began putting the restored 401 together(also a duallie). I put a picture of what the restored one looked like before and what it looks like now. Horse'n Around 22 #4 Posted April 11, 2011 That looks great Dual rear wheels look really cool, Id love to do something like that. I don't know if Ill ever do it though, buying 2 pairs of Ags would hurt but the cool factor is thru the roof to be sure! John
littleredrider 408 #5 Posted April 11, 2011 Duals are pretty cool, probly the main reason I have them. I did a lot of looking around to find the cheapest price, and Summit Racing had the cheapest 6-12s I could find, $45 each.

Brrly1 1,146 #7 Posted April 11, 2011 Jake, that's great work. I now have one question for you? Your birthdate shows you are only twelve. Is this correct? Or are you just a little bit older that that? It is not that it matters, just thought I would ask. :wh:
Jake Kuhn 1,547 #8 Posted April 11, 2011 I am only eleven but I get a lot of help from my dad.And we can do a restoration a little bit easier because we own a body shop so we have all the tools to do it.

Jake Kuhn 1,547 #13 Posted April 11, 2011 when I got that tractor it was black which I am not a fan of because the people just put shake and shoot over the rust. The red one I sanded and had my dad put good paint on. It is 400 dollars a gallon. Thanks for the replies
hcminis 1,532 #14 Posted April 11, 2011 Looking good Jake. Gotta love those Suburbans with duals. Working on my second. My new dual wheel adapter will be cool with a built-in wheel weight between the duals. Just need to find the time. Thanks for sharing.
Jake Kuhn 1,547 #15 Posted April 11, 2011 My way to connect them is pretty simple. We just took a long round head bolt and cut a piece of pipe long enough to fit between the wheels and have a nut on the back. The bolts go through the 4 square holes.
