4xfourfun 30 #1 Posted April 7, 2011 Hey guys, I think my D-180 manual PTO clutch is missing some type of bracket at the engine. The clutch appears to move back and forth way too much. Does anyone on here have a picture of a clutch assembly on a tractor? I'm going to try and get my camera back in the next day or so but thought I would see if anyone on here could help out so I could start hunting for the parts. I hope to be tilling next week. Thanks! -Ben

wh79d160 52 #3 Posted April 8, 2011 . Hopfully these will help. Let me know if you need others, This is a D-200. My D180 is in my other barn & the light isn't very good but this should be about the same.
4xfourfun 30 #4 Posted April 8, 2011 Sweet, thanks! I already see a couple issues. First, is that a pin in the bottom of the clutch and not a bolt? Second, my clutch is so close to the exhaust it touches it at times. Maybe the clutch linkage is hooked up wrong. I'll get a look at it in the morning and get some pics posted so you can tell me what you think. Thanks! -Ben
Trouty56 565 #5 Posted April 8, 2011 That pin is attached to the block. Try to zoom your browser on this image. The pin looks like it is pressed into a hole at about 7 o'clock and bends at a
4xfourfun 30 #6 Posted April 8, 2011 Now I see.....thats my problem! I bet those pins are NLA too. Any idea where I might start looking? Thanks for all the help guys! -Ben
