Majkie79 0 #1 Posted March 31, 2011 Hi guys, I would like to politely ask you for some help with my spare-parts needs here in Europe. At the moment I own two WH 518H (1990) and need some basic spare-parts like belts, filters etc.. I have already tried some replacements (belts) and its durability was very poor.. I will already need some bearings for rear axle etc. Now I need to find some place where to ask for some parts. I will appreciate any help. I am located in Czech republic but anywhere in Europe is close enough. If there will be no chance to get what I need in here I will order directly from US, if possible. Of course, I am able to prepare some list of parts incl. spare-parts numbers. Thanks a lot in advance. I looove these machines and they have to survive. farmer 1,075 #2 Posted April 1, 2011 Hello Mike, I read your request and had hoped someone could help you out, I have no experience with overseas shipping so I'm not your man. But what I can say is, when I ordered a transmission cooling fan for my 518, from my local Toro dealer, he said it would have to come in from the US. So I would think its going to be faster and cheaper to go direct to source ? As I say I'm no expert, hopefully another euro member better suited can help? Majkie79 0 #3 Posted April 1, 2011 Hi Rex, thanks a lot for your reply. I am pretty sure that some more sophisticated spare-parts like you say has to be shipped directly from US, but I am more than that looking for basic things like V-belts, oil fiters etc.. You have to buy these things somewhere? Or not? Czech dealer of Toro supports only new models, I have no chance to solve it here. I would be REALLY appreciate for any contact which can help. Thanks again, Mike
