Giles 2 #1 Posted March 13, 2011 Many years ago, I traded for a WH that had "internal brakes" that didn't work. I was young and thought I had to have brakes even though it was hydrostatic drive. (I very seldom use the brakes on my C175) If I am remembering correctly, it had three gearboxes on the mower deck and a short "untwisted" drive belt. Can someone refresh my memory
TT-(Moderator) 1,129 #2 Posted March 13, 2011  Look in the photo gallery at models between 1965 (first year for hydro) and 1969. (around the last year for the bevel gear-driven decks) Some examples would be 1965 875/1075, 1966 876/1076/1276, 1968 Charger 9/10/12, etc.
