stoneman 10 #1 Posted March 8, 2011 I'm not sure why I had to have this . . . but the guy brought it to my shop and wanted it off his truck. I gave him 50.00 for it and it seems to be in good working order. If nothing else, I'll paint it and use it as a lawn ornanment.
mavfreak 11 #2 Posted March 8, 2011 I would try to use it! I think that any one of your tractors would pull it ok. Plus you can cover a lot of ground with it fast! I see stuff like this in peoples yards all over the place and I would love to have them and try to put them to work!

MaineDad 87 #5 Posted March 11, 2011 I tried to pull an old horse-drawn King Plow like that one with my C-120 and it was not fun. It did fine with the discs set at almost no angle, but when you set the discs to aggressive mode it could barely pull it! My Ol' Farmall pulled it with ease though... 4xfourfun 30 #8 Posted March 12, 2011 I use to pull a very similar disc in the pumpkin patch with a 854 when I was a kid. It had duals on it so it hooked up pretty good as long as the soil was right and we didn't set it to dig too deep. Neat old sickle mower. I have my great grandpa's pull behind JD sickle. Somebody stole the tool box cover lid though Hopefully I can find a replacement someday...
