installing flag and lift tube for my snow thower

i have a c-141 wheel horse,i picked up a snow thower for it

i have it hooked up to the tractor,fan belt on,but don,t understand

how the lift tube and flag work,i know the flag goes on the bottom

of lift leaver and tube hooks up to middle botom of snow thrower

any help would be good,thanks

There is pictures in both those threads that should help.

The lift flag actually pushes the bottom of the blower forward and up when you pull the handle. The spacer/washers between the flag and the tube are to fine tune the length of the assembly to compensate for longer/shorter frame tractors.

Hope this makes sense - hollar if you dont get it worked out.
