Not a Wheelhorse

The first bigger tractor I got after having a fair few wheelhorses was this Ferguson TEF20. 4 cylinder diesel, about 25HP I think.

Started me on the slippery slope to the space consuming and expensive world of 'big' tractors!

Best thing about it is that after paying about

I decided I couldnt afford the diesel on a 3350 size!

I'll give you points for getting (almost) the correct series just on the bonnet. Have you had one of the 50 series tractors?

Went with a 4 cylinder instead, the fuel bill is painful enough! A bit underpowered for towing, but its only 30k box.

Like I said... I like big tractors! unfortunately I don't have anything bigger than a horse!

If I had the space then I might look at a deere, but my favourites are the big wheeled oldies!

think MH 131, County 1184...

Would love a county! Dont think my pockets are deep enough though.

I would like one of these, though parking at the shops might be quite hard!

Yeah, we like the big recovery trucks too, I just love the floating front and cantilevered axles on the scammells and the monster gardner engine that sounds awesome but has 1/4 the power of a modern day engine. But with crawler gears like they had, who needs raw horses!
