farmer 1,075 #1 Posted February 9, 2011 Wasn't to sure where to post this ? I can't find any images in the implements gallery of the 60" underslung mower deck for the 520h tractor. This is just a matter of curiosity really, I'm in the UK so it probably wasn't imported here, and if it was I would need a different front axle in my tractor to make it fit. So maybe when the time comes to mow, someone could take some snaps and post them up.

sgtsampay 117 #5 Posted February 10, 2011 Can't you jsut placethe front swept axle on a tractor eve nif its not a 520? Like could my Gt1600 take that axle or would there be issues?
stevebo-(Moderator) 8,059 #6 Posted February 10, 2011 Many people make the swap from a 520 to a c, 300 or 400 series. You need the entire front end to make it happen not just the axle. Fireman made the swap on his older C loader machine.
sgtsampay 117 #7 Posted February 11, 2011 What do you mean, entire front end? What else is there but the axles with the spindles in it? The tie rods can be made, and wouldn't the stearing shaft be the same? Also, is it worth the swap if I'm just using a mower deck and a 2 stage snowblower? Or is the swap really only needed for the large mower deck and the front end loader.
