I noticed you can vote over and over if you release and renew your IP address. A new IP address makes that site think you're a new person. Another method of getting an alternate IP address is to use one of the many proxy websites like virtual-browser.com but that would be unethical.

Or if you're really bored you can download a 3 day demo of easy-hide-IP from www.easy-hide-ip.com and set the IP to change every minute and vote once a minute.
