Im curious as to how you got the fine detail of cut, what tool did you use to get the detail.

would also look good if you maybe left a round peice of wood in the centre of the wheel .

Neal, I use a Dewalt scroll saw model DW788..do a google on the model number and you will see what it is. I use very small blades in this ( about the size of a fishing line ). some of the blades are so small you can hardly see the teeth even with my magnifier light. I have to feel the blade to see what direction to put it in the saw, LOL
