A time machine!!!

I like that idea Rick!

Page 73 is in section 18.

Ha! Excellent bmuone!!!

As for me...maybe an F-86 Sabre Jet and all the associated "stuff". It's what my dad flew in the 1950's.

Still....although I've got a pilot's license, I think a bit more training would be in in order, and as my dad will tell you from first-hand observation....if you're not careful, jets can kill you!!!

Sooooo...more "realistically", I think I'd take one of these to replace my current ol' tub:

The Bertram 800

Well shucks, if we are talking about just what if, here you go:

  • Starting off with a small airfield, with 4 hangers and crews, fuel, tugs, ordnances, storage shelters, MHU-83, and MJ-1, phase dock, engine test cell, guard shacks, flight tower, spare parts galore, and for good measure some wheel horse garden tractors to take care of the grounds.
  • F4 Corsairs, mission capable
  • F111D w/ P&W 109 unrestricted beer cans fully mission capable
  • EF-111 w/ P&W 109 unrestricted beer cans fully mission capable
  • UMV - not sure which one, still researching on what my range of needs would be
  • A -10 fully mission capable
  • M -1 Abrams, again mission capable
  • The airfield would have to be adjacent to a body of water that has the ability to navigate into the Oceans/a ocean
  • Personal Marina, again staffed and filled with all necessary hardware
  • DCB M-41/w twin Zul 572 blown engines
  • DCB F-32/ w twin Zul 502 Blown Engines
  • Lazzara LMY - 64 w/crew and fully stocked with eats and drinks
  • A bucket list of automobiles to drive when not flying covert ops. for the goverment. Starting off with 89 Lamborghini Countch 5000, H1 with all the trimmings, 1979 Peterbilt 379 w/ 6V-92TT Detroit Diesel engine rated @ 500hp, 1969 Trans Am, 1987 Buick GNX (not the Grand national, but the real GNX), 1972 Trans Am w/455 4spd, 1986 930 Turbo Slant Nose Porsche, 1979 F-250 w/460 4spd, 1986 Conquest TSi, 1992 Firebird Firehawk #13, 1996 Eddie Bauer Ford Bronco, 1999 Alex Zanardi NSX Supercharged. That would do for now. Course I would need a small servicre station to keep everything in tip top shape, mechanics, parts galore, ect
  • A Farm to hobby farm, roughly 500 acres of tillable soil, along with another 50 acres of woods, pasture, ect. Of course all the necessary tractors and impliments to do the job right. Again, a couple Wheel Horses to keep the grounds up.
  • Several ATV's to play with on the farm, but would definatley need some 3-wheelers also. 1986 models, 250r, Tecate 250, Tri-Z 250, 350x, Tiggre 250, KTM 250.

That should keep me busy for the first few years. Then I would need to reassess my desires again and would have to make another list. We are talking if money was no object, so there you go!
