What seats are good replacements?

The cold finally made my seat start to crack (well that and it's 30 years old). What is a good replacement seat that won't break the bank?

Is there a replacement cover thats any good?

I use a Michigan Seat V-3500 from Northern Tool, but it's only a mid-rise. $49.99.

I do believe Michigan seat co. was the supplier for WH and many others all the way back to the 60's.
