Operator 7 #1 Posted December 31, 2010 OK D-Guys I'm putting my pto on my D-200 and I seemed to have misplaced the drive belt. Anyone happen to have a number for a new one? Randy

wh79d160 52 #3 Posted December 31, 2010 , The # is 103084 or, if you want a cool red kelvar one, I may be able to help you out or if you want to get your own, it's a 5/8 x 38" (as you can see) :ychain:
Operator 7 #4 Posted December 31, 2010 Thanks a bunch! That Rotary brand, never heard of that? Let alone heard of the Kevlar type. Red would be kind of neat wouldn't it! I can check around town here and see if I can find the Kevlar type. If you want to PM me a price from you. Randy
4xfourfun 30 #5 Posted January 1, 2011 Did you get your D PTO belt Randy? I got a heavy duty Napa(Gates/green) for around $15, too bad it wasn't red! Here's the info Jim M sent me: "The Wheel Horse part# for the belt is 103084, the Gates number is 6938 and the NAPA number is 5L380W. The trade size of the belt is 5L380" -Ben
Operator 7 #6 Posted January 2, 2011 Yup I found it in town here. Gates brand kevlar, $15.00 to me. I have some other parts coming in on tuesday so I'll get it then, not red huh? Thanks for the other numbers, I'll make a note of them. Randy
Operator 7 #7 Posted January 6, 2011 Got my new belt [yup green!] on my D-200. Went to tighten it and it stops short of tight! Thinking to big may need a shorter one . But then I got to looking at the front bearing hanger under engine, the bearing housing is on the backside of the slide adjuster and hits the crossmember. So I'm thinking I need to pull it apart [after the snow is done] put bearing on front of slide bracket then hope it tightens. Or just buy a shorter belt? Brrly1 1,146 #8 Posted January 6, 2011 OEM. See Ya, Bye Burly :banghead:
Brrly1 1,146 #9 Posted January 6, 2011 Randy, I am just going to do some guessing here. I would probably be willing to bet that might be the original belt or possibly replaced once. That tractor is the 79 that you have listeted in you signature. I would almost bet its an original belt that has lasted this long so why waste your money on other belts. I guess I believe in OEM. I'll check with Carl and see if might happen to have one in stock. I checked the #103084 and they are like $37 and some change. Talk to you soon John
Operator 7 #10 Posted January 6, 2011 Thanks John. I figured this belt would work as it is Kevlar tough. . It wouldn't take much more to be tight but the bearing may be on the wrong side. Randy
