How to cook a Boom Shackalacka Turkey...

Step 1: Go buy a turkey

Step 2: Take a drink of whiskey

Step 3: Put turkey in the oven

Step 4: Take another 2 drinks of whiskey

Step 5: Set the degree at 375 ovens

Step 6: Take 3 more whiskeys of drink

Step 7: Turk the bastey

Step 8: Whiskey another bottle of get

Step 9: Ponder the meat thermometer

Step 10: Glass yourself a pour of whiskey

Step 11: Bake the whiskey for 4 hours

Step 12: Take the oven out of the turkey

Step 13: Floor the turkey up off of the pick

Step 14: Turk the carvey

Step 15: Get yourself another scottle of botch

Step 16: Tet the sable and pour yourself a glass of turkey

Step 17: Bless the dinner and pass out

Wait a minute Indy...we passed that bottle of cherry that night, and when it was gone, That's when I brought out the Rock-N-Rye...you do remember that night...don't you.

Not the night we drank the Polish under the parking lot, but the night we drank until the Cub Cadets looked good. :wh:

'Twas the night of Thanksgiving,

and I just couldn't sleep.

I tried counting backwards,

I tried counting sheep.

The leftovers beckoned,

the dark meat and white,

But I fought the temptation

with all of my might.

Tossing and turning

with anticipation,

The thought of a snack

became infatuation.

So I raced to the kitchen,

flung open the door,

And gazed at the fridge

full of goodies galore.

I gobbled up turkey

and buttered potatoes,

Pickles and carrots,

beans and tomatoes.

I felt myself swelling

so plump and so round,

Till all of a sudden,

I rose off the ground!

I crashed through the ceiling.

Floating into the sky,

With a mouthful of pudding

and a handful of pie.

But I managed to yell

as I soared past the trees...

Happy eating to all!

Pass the cranberries, please!

Duke it was a 3 dayer to remember!!!!!! Brian and I had to show Steve a little

Hoosier hospitality!!!! Peach brandy,cherry wine, Rock-n-rye , some beerz and

we even got out the clear stuff!!!! I'm sure we'll do it again someday!

You already had the rep Steve. We're just "broadening your horizons" so to speak. Heck, it won't be long you'll be some kinda folk hero, known from coast to coast, they'll write songs about ya, make a movie. You should tell the story about you and Boxcar Willie. Cracks me up every time I hear it. :)
