VinsRJ 721 #7 Posted November 23, 2010 Looks like a nice solid addition to the herd. Do I see another resto project? Is that your sweeper too?
MikesRJ 552 #8 Posted November 23, 2010 Looks like a nice solid addition to the herd. Do I see another resto project? Is that your sweeper too? You see several resto projects in the works. I am currently working on the snow thrower in preparation for the snow, and what you see in the background are my 36" Sweeper, 5.5 ft. dump cart, and the 72 800 auto. All will eventually be restored to like new condition. Excepting that the 800 Auto will get two modifications. First she'll get a K181 vs. the original B&S and second, it will have custom graphics to be revealed at a later date.
MikesRJ 552 #9 Posted November 23, 2010 Picture of decal added to above post. A few notes on decals since this cart is completely original. The tongue has the metal model/serial tag number plate riveted underneath the top-tongue tang. The front wall of the cart has the decal as shown above, the two side walls contain the long "Wheel Horse" decal, and the rear gate has the smaller (shorter version in both length and width from the side decal) "Wheel Horse" decal installed. No other decals are installed with the exception of the dealer decal.
MikesRJ 552 #10 Posted November 23, 2010 For anyone who may need it, here is the owners manual for the 07-10DC01 Cart which is nearly identical to the 77-10DC01: http://www.mywheelhorse.com/graphics/file/...rs/810238R1.pdf
Vinylguy 4,666 #11 Posted November 23, 2010 What are the dimensions of the cart decals? I am compiling a decal kit for the carts. thanks I think they used the b series hood and rear fender decals on these carts
MikesRJ 552 #12 Posted November 23, 2010 What are the dimensions of the cart decals? I am compiling a decal kit for the carts. thanks I think they used the b series hood and rear fender decals on these carts I believe you are correct. I also added a picture of the rear decal to the original post. Any chance of making the dealer decals like the one shown in the original post? The decals are the following dimensions: "Wheel Horse" Side Decals, 2 each = 23-1/2" wide by 1-1/4" tall "Wheel Horse" Rear Gate Decal, 1 each = 12" wide by 1-1/4" tall Front Warning Decal, 1 each = 6-1/2" wide by 3-1/4" tall Let me know when they are ready for sale. I'd like to get a set.
MyOtherCarisaWheel Horse 10 #13 Posted November 23, 2010 WoW, I've already had over 800 Lbs of gravel in my Rubbermaid cart with my 105 pulling it. I guess no sticker means unliminted weight capacity.
MikesRJ 552 #14 Posted November 23, 2010 WoW, I've already had over 800 Lbs of gravel in my Rubbermaid cart with my 105 pulling it. I guess no sticker means unliminted weight capacity. The sticker is merely a "suggestion" (for anyone who's driven there, kind of like a stop sign in Mexico) ... I would suppose the sticker is more intended toward the capacity of the cart tires and the loading on the specific tractor than anything else on this cart. The box and axle are constructed pretty stoutly, and I would imagine the tires and rims would yield long before any of the rest of it would do so. Like it reads, braking and holding on a slope would be more of the issue.

Vinylguy 4,666 #17 Posted November 24, 2010 Mike I adjusted the decals to your specs. the side decals seem a bit short in height to me but I am sure your measurements were correct. Mike This is the kit according to original specs based on part numbers. I will be listing the custom vintage dealer decals on my website soon as well as the dump cart kits Thanks for the dimensions
TT-(Moderator) 1,129 #18 Posted November 24, 2010 My source shows the small tailgate decal (103174) and the large side decal (102831) used on this trailer as the same decals used on the '76/'77 B-60/80/100 and C series hood & rear fender. (quite a few other models too)
