WHAT IS THE LAST YR/MODEL FOR THE ROUND HOOD SUBURBANS IS IT 753? :thumbs:

I'll take a shot at this.

If I'm wrong I'll be corrected :thumbs: & we'll both know.

I would say 1961.

For some reason I'm thinking the 701 was the only front engine round hood that was a "Suburban.

All the mid engine tractors from 60-61 were Suburbans too....400, 550, 401,& the 551.

The last year for true round hoods was 64-854 654 AND lawn rangers 34 e and r .

Suburbans were round hoods but were also ballburners engine sets between your legs.Last year for them was 61-401 and 551

SO THEN HOW LONG DID THEY CONTINUE THE ROUND HOOD STYLE ?

WOULD IT BE THE 753 1963 Lawn & Garden Tractor 753 4-Speed Kohler K161S-28626E 7 Wheel Horse WOULD THIS BE THE LAST MODEL WITH A ROUND HOOD?

Ok last year for the mid engine round hoods 61, first year for the front engine tractor also 61, last year round hood front engine NOT counting the ranger was 64, Ranger round hoods till 68 I hope that is enough to confuse you.

The last year was 64 and the tractors are 754, 854, 704, 604, 654, and the ranger.

OPPs The last year truly was 68 and was the ranger, but a 12" wheeled tractor was 64
