Sounds like we are going to try for Thursdays through the fall and winter. There seems to be a lot of interest out there in the Homemade Wine. Here is the first pictures of the process. The first picture shows the 2 primary fermenters. (22 gal). The Second picture shows what a pure sugar, yeast fermentation looks like the first full day.
