Hey all !! I'm rebuilding two kohler K-181 carb's putting in all new needles & float & float neddle & pin's... I need to now if I'm re-adjusting the needles correctly. It's been some time since I've done it & can't really remember.I think you screw the the high & low speed needles down then back them out 1 1/2 turns to get them running & then adjust accordingly from there.I'm also installing new points in both motors & can not remember the points gap ....Thank 's ~Shawn~

.020 for the points, I think you are correct on the carb settings.
