Need Help Finding Parts

hi i am new to this site but i need help. my uncle owns a wheel horse d 250 but it needs one part and i cant find it. i dont know the proper term but it would be the engine out put shaft or the transmition imput shaft. it looke like this

it is flat circle base with bolt hols then a shft coming straight from it tht is croved. i need this last part so i can have it if you need any other info i can get it please help thanks
