The tag is wiped clean, the only numbers are the stamped ones. I guess the starter is a replacement because it has a 1 belt pulley. So do I have the original engine or is it a replacement?

got the WH running, I guess I hit the sweet spot for the carb adjustments. looks like a got an oil leak from behind the fuel pump and above or around the point cover
