MikesRJ 558 #1 Posted September 6, 2010 If we have any German members, or anyone near the Munich area, I will be in Munich on a business trip between 12 September through 4 October 2010. Being the Ocktoberfest season it would be good to have a beer with another Wheel Horse fanatic while I am there. PM me if anyone is interested.

MikesRJ 558 #4 Posted September 7, 2010 I'm interested..... Let's see., it's 4520 miles between Munich and Elgin. If that's "near the Munich area" I certainly don't want to ask you for directions. How well does your GPS work? Jim, I can see the look on the guy in German Custom's face now as he pulls out an RJ transmission! :wh:

MikesRJ 558 #21 Posted September 9, 2010 Now that you pugs have gone completely off the deep end, my trip has been delayed. It appears the company cannot insure hotel reservations in Minich so the trip has been cancelled until after Oktober Fest. Damn, and I so wanted to break out my liederhosen. Instead of going to Germany I will be back in lovely detroit for the following week. Doesn't that sound appetizing? Oh well, at least I will be able to make the NAMA show in PA this weekend. Ray and Brian, respective wive's inclusive, Alicia and I will be there Saturday morning. See all of you then.

stevasaurus 23,274 #25 Posted September 10, 2010 Bummer Mike, was so looking forward to pictures from there. You could make the short trip from Detroit to Frankenmuth, Wisconsin's Oktoberfest. Also a very good time. You only need to know how to talk Wisconsiny. Want some cheese with that bier?
