Brrly1 1,146 #9 Posted August 10, 2010 Stoneman, here's the best test for the tranny. Get her out and about and drive it around for at least lets say a half hour or so,get the tranny up to operating temp. and then find a light, telephone pole or a tree. Bring the rpm's up to what sounds normal to youput one of the front wheel up against your inmovable object and give some forward motion. My guess would be if the wheels spin then you should be goodn to go if they just kind of sit there then you might have problems further down the road. Good Luck.
