C-120 Hydro Rear End install on C-81 8-speed?

I have a 1979 C-81 8-speed with the C-120 K301s motor. Someone local to me is selling the complete hydro rear end and many other parts of the hydro system (hydro lift, etc) from a C-120. Will this stuff fit on my C-81 if i ever installed it??? I'm thinking about just keeping it around as backup or make it a project of mine in the years to come but don't even want to consider it if they won't bolt to the frame or have other complications.
